How do i book a photoshoot
Book online in 4 simple steps:
1 – Choose the type of photoshoot, length of photoshoot, your photographer and a date for your photoshoot >> Then click next
2 – Choose a time slot from the list of available time slots
3 – Create your package by adding the number of outfit changes you have, the number of images you want, if you want any decorations, makeup and an instagram reel >> Then click next
4- Fill in your details & pay a 50% non refundable deposit
How long does it take to get my images
It takes between 5 – 7 days after you have selected your images for them to be sent to you.
How many images do i receive
A minimum of 4 images must be added to your booking. Each digital image is £5, so you can add as little or as many images to your package.
Please note: The studio does not deliver unedited Raw images.
Do i receive digital images or prints
You have the option to add digital images and/or printed images to your package when you book your photoshoot.
Can i Cancel or reschedule my photoshoot
A 50% non – refundable deposit is required when you book your photoshoot.
We do not provide refunds, however, you can reschedule your photoshoot up to 24 hours before the scheduled photoshoot.
How do i book my makeup artist or hair stylist
We have a number of Makeup Artist and Hair Stylist that we can recommend.
Can i get decorations for my photoshoot
Balloons, fabric draping and flower decor can be added to your package when booking your photoshoot.
Services we provide
Photoshoot at your chosen location: Photoshoot happening anywhere else but AOU Studio including Graduation Ceremony, Home photoshoots, Outdoor photoshoot etc.
Photoshoot at AOU Studio: Any photoshoot happening at AOU Studio, including Birthday portraits, Maternity photoshoots, Couples photoshoot etc.
Wedding Photographer: For wedding event only.
Product Photography: Your product can be sent directly to the studio to be photographed.
Event Photographer: A photographer will be sent to any parties, celebrations, corporate events and social gatherings.
Studio Space Only: You can use available studio equipments. Cameras are not provided.
Videography: This gives you video coverage for any occasion.
Can I book a photoshoot outside of Nottingham
Yes, a photographer can be sent your chosen location outside Nottingham. A travel fee may apply, so please call/email to confirm before booking your session
